The breakfasts with the usual excellent coffee. The hotel was in a very central location very close to the Cathedral & one block from Michigan Avenue. The service was exceptional, including tasty breakfasts and a great pool.

Really had fun stay for a wedding. Impeccably clean hotel in a lovely building just next door to great restaurants and activities like the Hard Rock Cafe and 360 Chicago as well as sites of interest and available transportation. Convenient and best possible location - right by Michigan Avenue. Also, in the heart of downtown Chicago.

The location was awesome and super, only 5 minutes walk to a skyscraper observation deck. The hotel was in a nice enough area, close to many activities and great restaurants and kinda right in the center of all the activity.

The breakfast was complimentary with a wide range of good food on offer. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - within easy walking distance of Arts Club of Chicago.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect for exploring all the attractions and sights that I wanted to see. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and public transit, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Marcus who assisted me during late hours. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for my business trip. I particularly appreciated the disability accessible room with a sofa-bed for three adults, as well as the room with two queen beds. The hotel also provided a delicious breakfast with excellent coffee and fresh fruit. It was a great start to every morning.
